St John’s Anglican Church, the grounds where the Macquarie Schoolhouse stands, are caretakers of this building and have recently received a grant to undertake a Conservation Management Plan (CMP) for the Macquarie Schoolhouse and St Johns (Blacket) Church.

There are many capital works and improvements that need to take place to ensure that this precinct will stand the test of time and be passed on to future generations.

We are in the process of setting up a Tax Deductible Fund to enable those works and improvements to be completed. Once the details of the fund are available, we will publish them here.
